A momentary loss of concentration and wham! take a look at the photo's below and you have to feel for the owner, don't know the full details yet but can see this zed has had some serious money spent previously and now the ins. co. are playing Silly Billy's sadly the damage is extensive, the corner has been pushed back and down, the inner wing is creased all the way to the bulkhead, unfortunately previous repairs to the chassis leg are evident in photo 6, photo 1 shows an alarming difference in the steering track!

 

IF ( ? ) this becomes a rebuild project will document it and the post it up if enough interest.

:( :( terrible to see a Z in that state, made even worse when lots of money's been spent on it. i thought i recognised it but its not as shiny and doesnt have the same badge on the headlight panel.

New wing, bonnet. lights get a stainless steel slam panel cover to hide the nastys and job done :rofl: :rofl:

anything is repairable, its wether its viable to do so is the question

 

but going off topic, i thought it had a nice aftermarket plenum cover till i realised it was the nose panel

 

future mod?????
