Just had a fuel pressure test done and its reading 35psi on idle and 50psi when accelerated, I know it should be 43 psi on idle. Before it goes on the RR, would it be a good idea to upgrade the fuel pump? Would I need to upgrade the fuel regulator to an adjustable one?

Its probably your fuel regulator, I would replace it with a new OEM one.

Did you try it with the vacumn feed unplugged from the Regulator as well ?

Yes but made no difference, could it be regualator or pump, the pump aint making no weird noises.

Im sure the figure is around 37 on idle.So yours is working as it should. With the gauge connected pull the vac pipe and it should climb to 43.Under boost you should see 43 plus what ever your boost pressure is iirc.

what about if u runing 550 cc still same figures ??

if there is no affect with disconnecting the vacumn feed to the regulator then I would suspect a regulator issue.

Jimmer is right though, its 36.3 with vacumn connected to regulator and rising to 43.3 with regulator disconnected. Each psi of boost should raise fuel pressure an equal amount under full load.

Would the OEM regulator and pump be sufficient at 450whp?

yes, your well within the stock pump limits
