just fitted my stainless brake brace thanks to Danny DTA and noticed this connector in picture is undone and don't know what it's for. Everything works and runs fine. I have an HKS EBC and was wondering if this my be the stock boost solenoids been disconnected TIA

Yes your right! It looks like the connector to your stock boost solenoids. Should be disconnected if you have an EBC :)

hmm so this if it is the vtc should be connected then? it has tape round it to hold it at some point but it's knackered and hangin off unless it was to seal the connector off

gonna have to do a poll on this boost sol or vtc connector :)

cool it does make sense I was just concerneded as it had old dried up tape on it in an attempt to hold it one at some point in its life and figured the tape may have failed it's duty.

You should have another one on the other side of the engine disconnected too
