I think the innards of the autobox are probably a bit of a mystery to most lol

Also there are a few companies out there that specialize in gearboxes.

 

Failing that, best to speak to Jeff at zedworld, he will most likely be able to answer your question.

Hi mate, you sound pi55ed that no one has answered your post, there have been enough post's on here about auto gear boxes that you already know that it will be expensive, as for the exact problem no one will no until they strip it down. The cheapest option will be to buy a secondhand one from someone on this site. Hope you can get it sorted soon mate.

rebuild is big bucks, can get manual conversion done for less. 2nd hand box would be a couple of hundred.
