Hi Guys, I'm looking to fit a UK spec rear ARB in place of the original Jap spec one.

Can it be done without removing the exhaust? I know the droplinks will need replacing at the same time.

I'm just wondering how hard/easy this will be.

Cheers:duffer:

No it will have to be droped. but you can get away with just droping the rear boxes.

Apart from the its easy. say 3/10 if you know what your doing??

I did it without touching the exhaust. HOWEVER it was very hard work and the bars got a few scrapes LOL. It is possible tho in my experience.

If i were to do it again i would probably do what Dave says and drop the back slightly.

HTH,

Isaac

When you say just drop the rear boxes, do you mean just remove them from the hangers and let them suspend to give enough room to remove the bar?

Sorry if that sounds dum!

Yep thats what i did. Its only held on by 3 rubbers and a bit of wd40 makes it simple.

I also tried as isaac said but i found that to be impossible :confused:

Making the impossible possible - Isaac to the rescue :p

Tis possible but i would suggest just doing it the easy way and dropping the system slightly lol :)
