okay, i now have the application form for this event.

 

prices:-

entry per person, if paid before 01/05 = £4

entry per person, if paid before 05/08 = £5

 

dedicated club track time:-

£650 for max 40 cars

 

so minimum price per car is £16.25

30 cars = £21.67

20 cars = £32.50

 

our track time and stand are provisionally booked, but i need to confirm as soon as i can to guarantee it.

 

 

SO, WHAT DO I WANT FROM YOU LOT ?

 

go to this thread and give me some definite yes's (for both track time and attendance ;)

 

as soon as there are enough people (30+ people for track time i think is a good price) then i will email you all with my bank account details. When most of you have paid, i will book it and pay for it.

Simple as that.

If we can get it sorted before 1st may, then we get an extra pound discount ;)

 

we can get a car pass for the club stand for every ticket we buy.

 

those of you that have sent me money before know that i'm good for it ;)

those that haven't... i'm good for it ;)

come on, there must be a few more people want to go along to TRAX, and possibly get onto the track for a few spins....

 

i can get a couple of toyota drivers (mr2t and gt4) to come along as well, but ideally, 20 is the minimum.

 

that would work out at 32.50 each car.

 

I will be buying a load of entry tickets beforehand though, as they will include car passes for the club stand.

 

I will sell these on to you lot at the coming meets, or via post if you want.

 

I dont mind shelling out 50-100 quid for some tickets, but i dont want to fork 650 for tracktime if noone is interested....
