what size is the piping in the engine bay where the hard pipes replace as i have to put mine back together but havent got the origionals, and where can i get it from today, so not ebay obv. does halfords or places like that sell it you reckon??

do you mean the 4 metal IC pipes?

 

they are a specific shape, you wont get general pipes to fit it.

 

unless its all flexable, which would be expensive

yeh the ic pipes, i know they are a specific shape but i thought most pipes are flexible enough to make that shape, its not far off being straight but i suppose if it has a kink in it etc, may have to find someone breaking one and purchase the pipes off him/her then lol

Thanks for clearing that up :) still will subscribe as i think its totally worth all the information and help that i get :D

there are 2 pipes for each IC,

 

 

1 the pipes are straight, with 2 bends each end,

 

then the other pipe bends around the outside and back in,

 

 

prob easier to get someones whos breaking :)

i have emailed zed wizz just waiting on a response as he says he has a load of them, i need , as you look at the engine bay in front on the left are 2 pipes one sort of above the other, i need the lower one of the two, and from the lhf side. the ones in your pic above doesnt look like the ones they are way tooo long!! lol :)

your not mixing up with the rubber ones that conenct them to the plenum?

yes the one i need is the rubber one connect to the plenum, the lower one of the 2 :D hope i make more sense now lol.
