What wire do I need

I'm trying to connect my El dials plasma clocks to the headlight on switch. I've found the blue/white +12 dimmer for gauges but connecting to this puts the dial on permanently. Does anyone know which wire i need?

    the easiest place to connect the light feed for el dials are the 2 screws at the bottom of the dash binnacle, as you look at the clocks the left screw is the live and the right is ground. When connected, turn on your light switch and they will work, with the dimmer aswell.
