Coolant Leak - Help/Advice needed

Hi folks,

My '94 UK 300ZX is leaking coolant from below the neck of the expansion tank filler. The leak is coming from around 6-8 inches down from the yellow filler cap, pointing straight across the front of the engine bay.

The hole appears to be perfectly round, this has got me wondering if a pipe has come off.

 

Could somebody please do me a big favour and check the neck of their expansion filler pipe and let me know if a pipe 'T's off around 6-8 inches down from the filler cap?

    The neck is just a push in fit.You really dont need to fill it with much just to the level mark on dip stick.Suck some out if its to high.Does not "T" OFF ANYWHERE .
