Ok guys......a route my arm is slightly being twisted towards is the engine rebuild.

 

Was just wondering if any you guys have had this done? Who done it? Where abouts? and if you dont mind a rough price for the work?

 

Is it worth getting t28 turbos or just new standard turbos? prices of them?

Just curious to what you guys and gals have had done.

For a little extra cost I would recommend requesting forged pistons and a cometic head gasket, for that extra strength built in, and makes the overall cost more justifiable.

I know you are very far from "jimmer", but it would be worth the drive to him for a complete rebuild. He will advise you on what you need and he does an excellent job. He has done mine and i have no complaints. A very trusted man for your 300 rebuild, and his costs a very cheap in comparison to some mechanics who think they know how the zed engine comes apart and is put back together.
