July 7, 200916 yr i would be slightly worried as it says super fast delivery possibly next day......dodgy one, possibly gone bust?
July 7, 200916 yr Author hmm maybe :S where do i stand then? how can i find out if they have gone bust, or is there a way of getting money back?
July 7, 200916 yr hopefully our parents paid by credit card........this can be cancelled i believe or you can contact the bank to see about getting your money back. No sure how you can find out if they are bust....wikipedia or google them Not sure if you should contact the trading association or something?
July 8, 200916 yr Tell them to contact Consumer Direct . Furniture can take a long time to be supplied to the seller by the manufacturer . Mine took two months ( German manufacturer ) , then one of the wardrobe doors was not the right type . Nearly three months after that , still not resolved . But Consumer Direct took the details on the phone and advised me about sending a letter by Recorded Delivery , and if there is no satisfactory result after that , they get involved .
