Private plate

Now ive got my zed im posting loads of threads.....my apologise to people who are fed up reading my posts.lol.

 

Well i got a private plate for my bday on sat and i was wondering......

can this be fitted using the new keepers for frm teh v5 or do i need to wait until i recieve the full v5 logbook?

my new plate will read C15RGW instead of MIL 5429

......to answer your question; yes you can use the new keeper's supplement from the seller's V5 before you get your own V5.

 

You just need to complete an application for a V5 and submit it to your local DVLA regional office with the reg transfer documents.

 

I have done this many times when I've bought a new car.
