is it easy? how do i do it? gotta somehow get to the recirc pipes to change them with my new hks ones.

Recirc pipes ? do you mean recirc valves ? if so these are accessible through the centre panel in front of the bonnet. I trust you have the standard airbox, if so once removed access is easy. Removing the headlamps does not give access to anywhere.

yeh the recirc pipes i have are the full pipes with valves attached, hks ones. i dont have standard airbox i have a cone filter, was on it when i got it, i cant see what im looking for though behind that, is there a pic that you can point it out on ??

the headlight are easy to remove, (when bumper off at least)

 

but you dont need to remove them to do the recircs.

 

 

take the nose panel off, and remove the air filter. they are on the black intercooler pipes, each side.

 

bit potchy to get in there, but its just couple of bolts holding the recircs to the ICs.

its easier if you undoo the oil cooler aswell, frees up some more space for yourself, take the fan out also.

how easy is this to do as im scared of breaking stuff or not being able to put them back properly.

i didnt remove the oil cooler nor the fan.

 

just remvoe the filter and have a look what you can see/get at.

 

 

if the bumper is off yoou can see where everything is, but can get to it with it on anyway

Do not remove the Headlights, this will not help you at all.

 

The recircs are accessible under the nose panel, once you have removed the Filter, Maf and sometimes removing/moving other items may help for clearance such as Aux fan and Oil cooler(s).

ill give it another go, last time i did it i opened the nose panel and looked in but could just see a lot of space and didnt have a clue where the recircs were.
