    Calm down, this is a club and this should be the norm not the exception. Isn't this what clubs are really about. ? or have I got this wrong.

    You are absolutely right! But IMHO you only ever hear about the bad so telling people about good experiences is a great thing and should be encouraged. And also a bit of praise for people who have done a good job is no bad thing in my book ;) :duffer:
