Yeah, I am planning on doing one show op norf this year. Was supposed to have been at BZF in Missouri, but cancelled. So just Z1 this year.

I use 300zx.com which is huge. I know the administrator really well. Usually lets me drive his car over there. Have a 350 to drive from Memphis to Atlanta in, so that should be cool!

as there was one in Chester dealership, (now replaced with a Eco-Micra in union jack trim :nono:)

Doubt it. US is very strict on imports. He could export to Canada and then import from there as the rules are slightly different. But no direct import to the US unless the car is over 20 years old.
