Turbo seals matey! Means you need to get your turbos referb'd or get new ones!

Does it smoke when you have your foot planted or when you lift off, could be pcv valves/breathers, worn valve stem seals and lots of other things

the seals are normally on idle and will chuck out smoke, not on boost

Time to do a compression test. Could either be ring glands or if you're lucky, it'll be PCV valves. Doesn't sound like turbo seals though.

car only done 40000 miles

Means nothing if it had had the boost cranked up and was running lean.

Get the compression check done to eliminate it.

Dude, you need to find out what's wrong with your car before taking the speed limiter off!

Boost might have been altered in a previous life unless you know the history of it in Japan. Most JDM cars have been clocked also.

are you 100% sure its blue?? might be a case of running rich.

Mine kicked out all sorts of crap on full boost. turned out to be my lambrda sensors and i also cleaned the pcv valves and job done :)
