Bumper Stoneguard.

Having recently purchased a 99 spec front its time for the removal of the stoneguard look on the rear, just wondered if its actual stoneguard or were the bumper moulds designed like that?

Also what grades of paper are needed to take it back smooth?

Cheers

Paul

Moulded in. You would want to start with something like a 200 (Im impatient so I would start with an 80, then regret it as I spend ages trying to smooth out the scratches lol) , and work up to about 1200.

Sand the worst of it off and let high build primer do the rest. Its great stuff and will hide any light dimples left.

Thanks for the tip Jimmer, much appreciated mate.

Sand it all off. I have no filler/high build on mine. The bumper is so flexible that you just want plastised paint on it and nothing else. Just take your time.
