Unfortunately, i had a bit of an incident with a traffic light on friday night.

I was coming out of tesco on friday night and was sat at the set of traffic lights, at a stand still.

They changed to green, bearing in mind it was Lashing down, I started to move forward while turning right. When my rear wheels crossed the metal drain covers, the back end kicked out to the left and started to spin. I steered into the slide and the car went broadside into the traffic light.

The N/S/F wing is completely crushed, the front bumper is hanging off, the bonnet is crumpled and the N/S/F inner wing has a bit of a rip in it. Also, the wheel is sitting further under the car than the top is, so im thinking suspension damage.

Things aint looking too good guys. I was quite optimistic about it being repairable but once i popped the bonnet and seen that the inner wing has a

crack in it, im not so sure. Quite worried now. :(

But alas, you worded in a poor way, so sorry. But anyway, it's a loads of old *****cks making a claim for compensation for something minor and my information and suggestion still stands which is backed up by evidence.

Absolutely NOT as outlandish as suggesting putting a claim in for whiplash on a minor collision. I've HAD people try to pull that one on me!

but i never suggested that, otherwise it would have read "fook the insurance, just stick a claim in and get some compo, injured or not, its worth a try", but it didnt say that did it

You still suggested putting a claim in for PI - 'turning the tables against in the insurance companies'....who we KNOW put a percentage on your premium on it.

have you ever had wiplash si, i always thought it was a myth and it was my doctor who actually tld me all about wiplash when i complained of migranes blurry vision and a really sore neck and tight chest, i get this reacouring whenever i do any heavy lifting, it is a very hard thing to disaprove which is why insurance companies put pressure on people not to make claims (even though a lot of people do get it), insurance companies will pay thousands on webistes and adds into getting people to stop trying to claim for what they have actually payed extra on a premium for

Yes I have actually. Twice now. I suffered strain to my chest and bruised ribs, dizziness and backache in one of them. Both collisions were heavy. I, up until recently, had a trapped nerve ending as well, but that seems to have sorted itself out which was nice as the thought of having an operation freaked the turd out me!

its ok si, i know you are an outlandish gobshite that type's pompous replys before thinking about what you type, im just the fuel for ya fire:tongue::tongue::tongue::rofl::rofl::rofl:

I hit a tree at 50mph (passenger side) about 10 years ago and rammed in the front quarter by an out of control VW golf about 3 years before that.

Ive told the insurance company i want to buy it back. They said it shouldnt be a problem and have made on note on the case file to that effect.

Mainly only want it so i can sell on the interior, exhaust and the ARC induction.

Want to keep the engine and put it into a "really good shell"

Just need to wait for the money to come through so i can see what shells are kicking about ;)

i may have one lol, fook im like a stalker, if you ignore my constant waffle, my car is ripe for s good engine

I'm gonna get some stick for admitting this but i'm a Magpie.

The colour scheme would work well for me ;)

Unfortunately, it is. I couldnt afford to pay to fix the traffic light.

If it's written off, im gonna ask about buying it back. If they let me, i'm gonna be looking for a sound body with a knackered engine for a transplant!

Bad news about your car: I got caught like that in the wet once, but fortunately there wasn't anything in the way.

Interesting you should mention about wanting a new body with a knackered engine...

I'm gonna stick it on eBay as soon as my subscription fees go through here (should be some time next week). The car's black (check my rides), and entirely standard, but it might be the kind of thing you're after. I'll drop you a PM once it's up if you're interested.
