HSD = Better than the Tein superstreets and the Tein Flex and Cheaper. :) I would also take them over the new Tein Mono Flex,

HSD are also the same shocks sold by Powertrix and SPL, and have a fair bit of proven track performance experience. More than any other on a 300zx.

well there ya have it...... i wasnt quite sure and didnt wanna put the teins down but wehay ya done it for me :D even tho im running teins at the mo lol

Well i am not a fan of really low cars but only for practical reasons - for looks they look the nuts and it has made a vast improvement on yours mate - nice one

The handling is about 400X better mate, the boat has left the zed!!:rofl:

Is that the same height as when they came off my car, mate? Or did you drop them a bit further - Your car looks lower to me! I hope you get on alright with them mate, but I'd definitely invest in some lower spring rates - You gotta be careful when it comes to the rough stuff! Besides, I still think they may have loosened my tension rods and be responsible for whatever has gone on with that upper arm (I'll investigate the prob more thoroughly when I get the car back!)

Incidently, I paid around about the £750 mark for them ;)

I left it as they were mate as we didnt touch them at all, i have just put them on.

What the ride quality like?? is it harsh as in really bumpy and hard??

Its fine on roads etc, country roads are a bit bumpy and hard, but going along on a normal road is fine :)

is this wheel round?

Nope, why do you think its parked up waiting for new alloys! They were ones i brought for £100 because i couldnt stand stock ones

I aways used to admire your car for it's stock wheels!

I'll shut up though, if I tried to stick up for stock wheels I think I'd be fighting a loosing battle!

I know the engine bay needs a clean....

You could grow potatoes in that plenum!

Car looks great now it's lowered to the floor :D

Would love a set of coilovers but other stuff needed first

Its all to come mate! Im just scared about touching something in the wrong place and ending up having to get legrath or someone out to help me get it running again XD

Nice drop Murtle, but those nasty old TSW rims do nothing for the stance. Once you swap those out and get the camber sorted, it'll look ace!

How do the D2s ride?

I've told him plenty of times the stock wheels are better than what he currently has! LOL

Tell me about it. Mine used to be spotless with shiny chrome and everything painted.

Had it off the road for over a year and everything is filthy, corroded and rusty :(

Needs a lot of hours putting in to get it back to it's former glory.

I got 2 standard ones murty...mint too

Yeah, I wouldn't fit linglong tyres to an old banger! Can't believe you're still rolling on those.
