Can anyone tell me how to remove the rear quarter glass rubbers? do they just pull off? I also want to re-use them so dont want to damage them in the process.

You mean the trim or the surround?

Trim.

Just pops off. The surround is bonded on and is one large thing that goes over the top of the roof to the other window.

The trim is clipped on. Use a flat blade screw driver covered in masking tape. Gently work the full length up until it pops off.
