While Eliza is still off the road I'm doing a few cosmetic jobs to her, the latest one I've just thought of is whether to remove the fake Japanese Cherry Wood dash trim kit I fitted a few years ago now :confused:

Although I do still like it, I was wondering if she would look better without it there.

A couple of pics..........

Yeah, remove it mate. Get a carbon one!

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Sorry, especially for anyone who likes the Carbon look, but that would be my worst nightmare!

If I replaced it with anything it would be this and it's associated door switch surrounds......

Agreed Dave. Carbon look only works on some colours. I think maybe you should have it painted a colour of your choice. Maybe an anthracite colour?

Up to you, but not something I would fit. Those stick on trim kits just look cheap and tacky in my opinion, they look exactly what they are - stick on bits of plastic, and the wood affect version does'nt do it any favours.

Looks quite good with the red in your car :)

I say its your car and do it how you want ;)
