Hi guys,

Just after abit of help really on the best place to by the above clamps cheaply...I want to get rid of all the crappy jubilee type clamps on the main hoses under my bonnet.

I'd like the all stainless W4 versions but they are mega bucks...so i guess the half and half W2 versions would do just as good.

I guess they dont have to be mikalor, they could be any make as long as they are good quality and stainless....

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction?

CheerZ in advance!

Sean.

I can get any size in the Mikalor range of T-Bolts locally. Let me know exactly what you're after (best would be a list of outside diameters of what requires clamping) and I'll get you a decent quote.

T-bolt clamps are excellent clamps BUT they are quite specific. By that I mean that the clamping range is only a few millimeters whereas jubilee clips often have a range of 20mm+

If you want to discuss your requirement by phone please give me a call on 0845 4744382 during office hours.

Regards,

Dan

We've been down this road already.

I ordered 5 of each of the sizes available.

If they were the right size when closed they wouldn't fit over the thick silicone. If thye fit over the silicone they don't tighten enough.

They are great clips and very strong but very limited in thier range.

OK - but I have had no probs with there clips on my silicon pipes on either car/rad/intercooler etc. They are still tight n shiney ;-))
