trying to work out what parts to buy with my uprated suspension. I was looking at http://www.z1motorsports.com/product_info.php?cPath=6_526&products_id=3115, but I think it will work out expensive with postage. There are several different brands on ebay, some very cheap. Has anyone tried the cheaper stuff? also what do I actually need, just those three items, more or less?? all I want is to make the handling as good as possible

Stay away from cheap Ebay stuff when it comes to suspension mate! I've never had personal experience with Ebay items - Although I have heard bad things; but I will tell you that even the collar on my Powertrix adjustable upper arms has snapped (Powertrix are currently sorting it out - Thanks to them!) and they're a reputable manufacturer! For the sake of a few hundred quid (depending on how much of the suspension stuff you mean to replace!) it could make the difference between you staying on the road or ending up in the hedge, or even worse! It's just not worth it................

That's a good bit of kit for a great price you're looking at there, mate. Z1's service is first class, too! I'd definitely go for the front and rear upper arms and the tension rods - There is a small amount of adjustment for camber in the stock rears, but it may not be enough - Depending on how much lower you go :)

Personally mate, I'd go for the full AMS kit on your link - There won't be enough flexibility in the standard rear adjustment for a 30-40mm drop. The price is dead good too - To give you an idea, when I bought the same bits for my car 4 or 5 years ago, it was probably about ยฃ600 for them!
