Vibration only around 30-60MPH

Sorry to post another vibration problem, but my car seems to start vibrating around 30 and easies at around 60. When the car is vibrating it also seems to struggle on power. Could this be a prop problem or an alignment issue?

 

Does the speedo conversion have any baring on how the car adjusts performance as the speedo occasionally reads 0 even though I am going at around 30. I presume I might just need to conversion checking.
