cig lighter and arial not working

Hey guys, my cig lighter is not attached at all, it was all taped up, Ive taken the centre console bit off where the gear nob is but their is no plug their to plug onto it, it looks as though the wiring has been used for something else.

 

Also their is a 4 pin plug left hand side towards the back of where the centre console is, what is this for, i have put the plug back in but nothing seems to have changed, im not sure if it used to be an auto, could this have anything to do with it?

 

Any ideas why my arial isn't working?

    aerials on Zs are prone to packing up, so chances are its knackered... as for the plug near the centre console - mine has one too which it doesn't use, it plugs onto the auto selector but both mine and yours have had a manual conversion.
