I need to get new plates made up and I have the rear oblong kind-I have just been to Halfrauds (twice, long story) and they say they don't do them and can only do square motorcycle style ones.

 

Where else can I try to get one from?

Fancy plates as above. You can get them to cut it to fit the measurements you gave them. Plain plates with no borders, holograms or silly graphics/slogans look cleanest.

Si, have you got clear front indicators thingy's or is that just an old pic?

No, that's a recent pic. I changed my indicators to series 2 ones (different diffuser pattern and a running light). The reason I did this was after one mysteriously came off whilst I was driving. Ordered some more from AndyZ and they were these. Unfortunately, and I've tried, the series 2 indicators are too small to be able to pop the orange bits off and break them up. I've ruined one indicator trying to do it.

 

The only other option is to put them in an oven, heat them up, seperate the base from the lense and pull the orange filters out that way. Again, I've tried this and haven't succeeded.

Ooh okies.... Can you not buy them clear or will they not work with the different diffuser pattern etc? (sorry being thick, just trying to learn :) ) Just think it would look amazing on your car with the clear front indicators (not that its not amazing now ;) )

JDM Style one (without running light). These are mine previously (with filter removed). They look nice, but even these don't match the lense pattern of the fog light.

You can get these from Australia which are the same as the above, just without the orange filter. But they are quite expensive. $140 AUD each. That's £70 per side!!....

 

 

The only other option is the crystal clear ones and I don't like those as they don't match the fog light lenses at all!!!
