my wheels are back & looking great, ive had the rims polished & the centers done in glacia white, :hyper:

I would rather do that than do what i had to do with mine. The gap between the rim and the spoke is so thin i had to use some wet and dry on the end of a knife. then i also had to watch out not marking the paint and i had to do around the studs. :wack:

 

Once your rim was off. you can just get a buffer on them :)

Mine survied 1 winter and they went from new to looking like they did in the other thread :(

 

So now i have bought a vectra to fook up :D

just looked at the pic's of your wheels although they are STERN alloys they are not the same as the ones i have?? the rim is totally different!! yours seem to have a double lip on them with a bead around the edge! & the centers seem smaller with a bigger edge?? does anybody if they done 2 or more styles of these wheels??

 

There are 2 styles of rim - flat and rolled - but I think the centres are the same size - not 100% sure though. I don't really know much about the wheels to be honest other than they were used on some special Saleens like the SA-10 and made by Hinodex in Japan.

then mine must be the flat i guess!! i do like these wheels & i bet they look even better in a bigger size eg.18/19"
