Hi, well I sought all sorts of advice, I eventually took my car to a local company here in Crawley who has some special kit. They managed to remap my engine and produce from that a new chip and put that back in my original ecu. I went from 275 to 330 as a result. Car runs so much smoother now too. Not sure where you live but am happy to pass on details if you need them.

ooops If I read things properly I would see where you are located. Sorry a bit far away I think!!!

so what if any, would you get if you remap a chip, on a standerd car with no mods ?
