How we doing guys,

 

I just bought my first swb 300zx tt, running about 14 psi ( 1 bar ) boost, it has a performance exhaust and air filters,

 

the main purpose for buying the 300 is for track use, I would appreciate you guys recconmending me a clutch that will take some abuse on track and fast road use, any info is appreciated,

remember someone having a fast road auto box on a thread ,based on the old SE Nissan one slightly different gearing and altered line pressure

Welcome bud - I'm down in Crawley a fair bit (have friends in Ifield).

 

RPS clutches are a popular upgrade that can take much more punishment than the stock unit (assume you have a manual box). Do a search on RPS and speak to Danny @ DTA in the traders section.

 

Check out the meets in the South East section and get yourself along to one :D

i doubt i will have the 300 done by then,

 

i may pop along to the rolling road day but will be in the audi,

Cheers mate, bring the audi along, sorry just read your thread, the RPS street is a good upgrade clutch, if you do come to the RR day, have a chat with Silverbullit, he does track days and has killed most clutches, if not do a search by clutches, and see whats others views on them.

 

Depends if your running any mods, but the RPS will handle way more than the standard.

the zed was rolling roaded in october running 405bhp at 1 bar boost, and as i wana track it want a clutch that will last, unfortunately i cant afford a carbon jobbie at 2k lol
