Radiators - thought the auto box rad was integrated..

...into the main rad - but on my old beast (1990 jap) it was seperate - and hiding behing the main rad.

Is this normal?

When I replace my rad with a 52mm non turbo rad - will all the water pipes still line up - or will I need to mod again? There are two 10mm pipes/connectors on the passenger side of the rad I seem to remember.

Cheers guys. :o

Maybe your car has had a manual radiator fitted at some time and an uprated autobox cooler installed.

Normally, the auto main rad has an extra core inside with 2 outlets for the autobox cooling.

I.E. the auto car radiator has 4 feeds. If your current radiator has 2 unused or blanked off feeds then you have your answer.

You should be able to fit a OEM non turbo rad without issue, can't speak for aftermarket parts though as many times minor changes are req'd.
