In need of Air Flow Meter

Hello, my 300's off the road at the moment, in need of a new Air Flow Meter (came up as error code 12 on the diagnostics machine). I've been on to Nissan, and it's gonna be £420 (inc. VAT)Can anyone recommend where to get one cheaper please?
