I'm new to 300zx's I've had a couple of GTO's but decided to come over to the Z side. Just wondering if anyone has any information about the ZX i've just bought.

 

Also any tips for a new owner greatly appreciated.

shame that you would have had a good chance of getting your money straight back by paypal(processing time allowing) bit of a sticky one.If you felt energetic enough to go through the courts(reg fee's to pay etc) it should go in your favour though if you have all your emails and could clearly show her backing out of a deal and taking a deposit on her unwritten terms (ie deciding not to bother as you are asking too many questions)

try using ebays own resolution centre even though you didn't use paypal they should investigate once you start a case with them, email your seller and tell them you have started this process then see what happens.

yeah i will be doing that but cant start a dispute until ten days after the auction has ended.

bigmincey, trust me this has crossed my mind. I work as a train driver so it'd only cost me about a tenner to get up there, do the deed, and get home.

 

But i think i'd be too tempted to burn the thing!
