its a big lump, what would a scrappy give me for it? seems easier than delivering it to a potential buyer, along with a auto gearbox

It's approx. £50 per ton for scrap at the moment.

thanks for your adivce, engine is about a ton isnt it.

 

its still in the car anyway so its not for sale, just thinking what to do.

 

how much a NA usually go for? i think its easier just to scrap it...

No, about 250kg

have you not thought of putting it on the bay as collection only

 

someone may make use of it as a project engine

 

even the vg30de is not exactly under power'ed
