bump and shake on passangers side

Hi everyone

After all the work i needed done in the engine (and boys shes sounding sweet) i took her for a good drive in the M2 to realise that something else is goin bad but havent got a clue what it is..

everytime i get to 70 mile and up to 120 140 mph theres a bump on the left side and i can feel the car shaking kinda badly.

i done wheel alignement and wheel are balenced, disks and brakes are brand new ebc what could it be?
