im sure Stu's links will be useful, just to say the next step would be to use some software to write the pages of your site. some of the main ones (like Microsoft Frontpage) also manage the whole site for you whereas the smaller (and free-r ones) will just enable you to design one page. you may need seperate software to upload the pages you've designed on your computer up to your website, like FileZilla. hope this sheds some light

I use mrsite and it is VERY easy to use

Bobby,

had a quick look through the website and am i right in thinking that the software also allows you to host the site as well? what are they like? ihave come accros justhost.com and they hve very very good reviews.... and pretty cheap too... £1.98 a month unlimited bandwith, unlimited email and a few other bits... but would need the pages designed.. which the mr sit software helps you do... dont want to buy something i already have paid fr... ie the justhost service if its included in the Mr site software...

Neil, If you could wait up until June I'll give you free hosting but you'll have to buy the domain though (sorry mate can't help with that). I'm running a hosting business but relocating to a new datacentre atm.

My other half will design the web site for you (again for free) under my watchfull supervision if you want. She's not the best out there and I'm sure there are far better capable ppl around here but she'll be fully commited as she just left uni :)

Let me know if you need any help...
