Plug Condition + A pillar trim removal

Hi People, while i was doing my compression test i took a photo of the spark plug all of them was the same. What do you think of the condition of them? Also how do you get the outer a pillar trims off?? dont want to break them.

    sounds about right mate, after cleaning all the connectors and replacing a coil pack it seems to be settling down now.
