anyone got any ideas what this switch does, the one next to the gear stick.

has an green led on the switch which only comes on when the lights are on. cant seem to work out what it does though. checked outside lights with it on and off

Perhaps it had a read fog and someone took it off or a reversing light was made into a fog light but the bulb blew, maybe front bumper aerial, maybe even the big button to the worlds nuclear arms !!!

the front parking arial switch was a factory looking switch with pics on it, i used to have one....i'd say its an rear fog lamp switch you'll need a fog for the MOT....have a look under the tail / bumper they might be a loose wire dangling to connect up a fog...some owners take their fog's off once the MOT is done or as above tried to do the reverse light conversion in the rear centre light panel

i got a switch in similiar place for fog light that is one of the reversing lights now! (steering wheel is a bit ragged!lol)

There is a lot of wire rapped up under the rear bumper, must be for the fog. The reflectors on the back light up:)

I like the side markers that light up :D that's why mine do! But then I've got the only UK spec bumper with side markers (that I'm aware of)
