My Zed went on the motorway today

For the first time my Zed went on the motorway today. Up until today z has been only on A roads. After staying too long on the garage, I gave the zed a good thrash... :smash:

Oh boy, I didn't thought my zed could drink that fast... and I thought my bike was expensive.

What a drive, my instinct tells me you are on the speed limit and when I'm about to hold the speed the Z screams "there are still unused gears" :duffer: what can I say...

Just a question though, mine is only a N/A how are those TT owners coping

Petrol is relatively cheap so its ok to get 16mpg commuting and knocking about, its worth it for the fun factor anyway.

There is only a 200rpm difference between the TT and NA at motorway speeds..hang on, I'll check the the calculations....

Always expect the most extreme circumstances :D

with these cars your not wrong mate:rofl:

nope, defo an original TT, hicas all in place and what not

and the NA bumper was the replacement one fitted by a certain 'skyline' specialist after the last owner wanted the big aftermarket one that it came with off

Manual TT - 3030rpm

Manual NA - 3340rpm both at 80 mph

um.... I don't think I was doing 80, my zed didn't allow me to :x: possibly mine was above 4krpm :)
