you dont need any clips mate, just get some spray adhesive (good stuff), spray on both surfaces, leave to go tacky (30 seconds) and then put together, makes a really strong bond, wont move and defo wont need clips.

i used this spray adhesive

its not the bubbling, its the folded over parts that keep the material/leather pulled tight, if that starts coming apart then it will all start to sag and fall off the panels.

Boooo thats not good. Well how do i stop that then? clips? staples?

just strong spray adhesive, and if you want to be sure, even stronger glue to hold it down that you can apply more accuratly to the parts that fold over, but i cant reccomend anything because im really not sure.

Right go it, lots of superglue on the edges thatl do it i recon, :D

Jimmy, the 3m spray is easily good enough for the flats, as dan says use on both sides leave to go tacky.

Also get yourself a seam roller, the type that is used for wallpaper joints.

If going down the superglue route for the folds, get some activator for superglue from any plastics trade place.

I use this stuff when doing facias, sofits on houses.

Glue one side, spray the activator to the other. Join together, its cures the glue very very quickly and strengthens the bond (warning, it is sometimes too fast, dont get it on your fingers.

I have some 3m adhesive too, works a treat, but when i did the last zed i used Evostick and staples and it sticks rock solid.
