I just don't know what to say and feel very strange, reckon I'm in shock!. Just got off the phone with Brett from Custom Exotics and my car is coming home on Wednesday night. They've finished everything (and then some) so it's time. It's 27 months tomorrow since I last drove my Z and have mixed feelings about keeping it but really hope that'll change.

I'm not even sure I can get excited about it, don't want to jinx anything............................

Get some lovely V-Power in there and get those targas off! You'll soon fall in love with it all over again. It will be like when you bought it home first time round ;)

Flipping heck!

Well good to hear you're finally going to get it back buddy, can't wait to see the finished results :hyper:

You'd better get some photos up as soon as you get it back otherwise the boys will be round to kneecap you

pretty much how i felt mine was nearly 3 years off the road but after a few hours driving, it all came back, the buzz and the enthusiasm. I think you will find you love it again but to be aprehensive is normal I guess, its like meeting up with an old friend.

brilliant news, dont forget the million pics of all the fine details too.

I bet your legs shake on your first drive too!

That's good to hear. Didn't realise it had been 27 months. I was looking at your car on friday when I was down there. It is looking very very nice.

I know the feeling mate, its wierd aint it. Your expecting too much, but at the end of the day its just a car so enjoy it and try not to be too worried about driving it etc.
