As my sig say's:

Not spending my daily allowence while travelling (tesco snacks for dinner) and saving £10 a day to spend on my Zed :wack:

I get the option while away on business to have £20 a day no questions asked whilst in the UK (this is the worst rate I get in Europe ).

I have taken the approach that instead of eating a drinking it all in pubs and so on I purchase pre packed food from the super market.

To start off I was saving £10 a day but have now squeezed it to £15 a day

so the average a week is £50 to £60 a week.

Am I mad (sitting in my hotel room eating cheese sandwiches and not in a bar drinking).

Or is it a good idea (as it is better for my health and I have been sat in bars for the last 7 years now).

So is my plan a good idea? 24 members have voted

could go both ways, and my regular dinner consists of tesco snacks and i like them, especially the cheap arse 3 cheese and spring onion sarnies and chicken and mustard pasta

your answers in you poll are backwards, your title asks the qustion, then the poll asks another, the titles answer is always the opposite to the poll answer.

That could be confusing

i buy the cheapo microwave meals from asdas 5 for £4! I was going out to the local burger van at dinner time and used to spend between £5-£10 a day on food (depending how hungry i was).

I try to save money, no matter what happens atleast some money goes on the dam car

I've not eating a single morsel of food for 3 days. :(

Times that bad bud?

Yeah. Terrible. It's called loosing someone you love. No one's died. I am just missing Maddie like you wouldn't believe. Not eaten or slept for 3 days. Feel really shite.

Sorry to hear this Simone. I thought it was truly amazing She thought it might work, going out with a Dwarf an all.But to expect her to stick around when you came out the closett as well, was too much to ask a Lady to bear. ;) You will survive bud.

 I couldn't do that - I'd find something to spend it on :D

I could save about £100 a month on nails alone -but if I did them myself they'd come out shite, and plus its good being pampered :D

Update, so after the 3rd week of my plan I have saved £150 :hyper:

 Nice one mate!!! :duffer:

Hey bud firts of all I agree you showed the world just how mad you are by buying a zed in the first place so that bit is not in dispute.

Ive been doing the same, save 80 a month on parking at the station by getting a lift and save 5 a day on lunches with a packed lunch. It all makes a difference, thats half my little girls nursery fee just by cooking more dinner the night before! Result. Also makes it an easier sell when I spend on the zed!
