Ok im still getting the same problem, my o/s headlight just switches on from time to time until i remove the relay. So convinced it was the relay at fault i waited for it to happen again and swopped for another relay and it comes back on again grrrr! Im now thinking could this possibly be a bad earth of some sort? any help much appreciated

By the way i have hid's fitted if that makes any difference?

Do you have HID's or just the normal bulbs? ANd by headlight do you mean main beam or dip beam? The reason i ask is because my old HID kit acted wierd like that.

Yeah ive got HID's fitted and its dipped beam that comes on only on the drivers side?

What hid kit is it? And is there a seperate earth or does it just all plug into the standard connector. Sounds like an earth problem to me, specially being as its intermitant.
