success storey for a change! - since iv had the car the clutch bite has been on the floor and gears grind only slightly when gunning it (like when you go through the gears whilst joining a sliproad) so i was told it might be the clutch not disengaging 100% when changing at speed, wich made a bit of sence.... so i followed the faq's and iv solved it!!!! its great now and its not half as heavy!! - i also fixed the horn!!! (turned out to be a bad earth so i mounted it on the otherside!! feels great to drive now!! - anyway i noticed that only one of my zorst make noise....bit weird so i had a look down both and......n514801670_1878354_7420.jpg

its just the flash, iv f**ked up now cos the clutch is now slipping so iv re adjusted and it ok again, think the biting point keeps changing on its own how can that be?

possibly air entering from a leak somewhere in the system

its really weird now sometimes after an hour or two blast around it really doesnt wanna go in gear and the biting point is thru the floor????? could the clutch master cylinder faild?

it does sound as though the system has a leak ...check the master and slave cylinder are still working properly and that they are not wet under the dust boot.

When mine went i first replaced the master and the slave and also the hose for a braided jobbie, still screwed as my pedal would have pressure with ign off but drop to floor when started. turned out the clutch fork had developed a crack and had been getting progressively worse till it broke, worth checking the inspection hole see if it`s loose.
