The Z Club have opened up the invitations for there annual Japfest Track Day at Castle Coombe Circuit. Please see All info below, and if you wish to attend, then add your name's respectively.

Once again the Z Club is organising a multi club stand

 

Testing the water for Z Track time. I know its early but need the names of people who're

interested in Z only track sessions. Can you add your name to the list if you are interested

We normally have two dedicated sessions so could you also add how many sessions you would require. It will be on a first come first served basis and will be opened up to all

 

Even if you are not interested in track time and would like to parked in the Z Only area ( 70 odd zeds last year) rather than in the general car park we would appreciate you posting in this tread so we can get an idea of how many car passes and advanced tickets we would need to book

We are phoning up next week to confirm we will have the two sessions and too find out if we can book a third session of a further 20 places

 

Once we have confirmed that we have the track sessions and what the final cost will be we will be asking for full payment by a certain date and if payment is not received by that date the next person on the list will be contacted to take the place.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR JAPFEST

 

All the passes have shipped and should arrive by Monday latest.

 

Stand passes should be displayed in your windscreen to help the marshals direct you to our stand.

 

We will enter at Gate B. If traveling on the M4 use Junction 18.

 

Club access from 7:00 am - 5:00pm

 

Public access from 9:00am

 

Zclub Tracktime -

 

Session C - briefing 8:40, session 9:36

Session Q - briefing 12:40, session 13:48

 

(you only need to attend one briefing)

 

If you want to take a passenger on track they must buy a pass on the day for £5.

Weather is looking horrendous for Japfest. Heavy rain forecast for Friday through Sunday. Hope it won't be a washout.

I could bring two decent front wheels with poor tyres, available FREE for anyone who wants them..........if I can get in.

As for picking up your pass at the stand not being practical, next time dont wait until two days before the event to decide you need tickets! :)
