Had a little race last night with a new s3,(obviously on a private track)!

I was very surprised at how well it kept up...took me until 4th gear until i eventually came flying past him!! even tho i wasnt racing at first but at one point i thought i wasnt gonna catch up!!:shock:

Yep these newer cars dont have big number outputs but are still quick! The other thing is they go fast easily, does not feel fast inside the car, kind of effortless.

 

Whereas in the Zed your doing 90 and think that your gonna take off

I feel like I'm doing 50 when doing 90 in the Zed! But then again, my previous car was a mini (proper).

When i actually take some decent ones:D check the avon/somerset meet and i think there is a few pics in there

Never been in a Zed with standard suspension. Interested as it sounds pretty smooth from your description
