disconnecting tps, electrical spark

when the car is running and i disconnect the tps, it does the usual hunting around till the revs level themsleves off, then i get what sounds like an electrical spark noise coming from the aiv area and the revs jump to around 1500 rpm

 

the car is runing crap yet again and im getting annoyed now

 

why would it do this
