I am off to pick up my new front bumper from Jimmytt tomorrow and was going to go in the Z.

Will a std Jap front bumper fit inside a 2+2 ?

If not I will have to pursaude the wife to lend me her car (she refused to drive the z)

Standard bumper - yes, they are very flexible and can be twisted to get in, have carried one inside my old LWB and my SWB.

Thanks guys... I was looking forward to a run to London and back in the Z, even if I have to get up early.

With the fornt seat in the laid back position and the rear seats folded forward you can easily get it in.

You can even fit in an after market fibre glass one with the seats in this position.

Rear bumpers also fit (even a wings west moulded to a standard one), had it in mine all the way up to newcastle.

Ive had a gearbox, wings west valance and a hi level hiro spoiler, was a bit tight but fitted. Another time 99 spec spoiler fitted, i found it easier with the pass seat tilted forward and as far forward as the seat would go, you have a job seeing left but it stopped it moving around during transit.

Have a jiggle around anyway you will find whats best for you.

Cheers

Graham
