Thought it best to post this up in the NW section as i don't really wanna travel forever to get to a place, lol.

 

In the not to distant future i would like to get my car on the rollers and see what power its producing. So anyone know where i could have this done. I don't have a problem with travelling, but within the NW would be best :)

 

Also anybody any ideas how much of my hard earned i'll be paying, lol.

 

Also i take it i won't have any problems with it being an Auto will i??? I've never ever had this done before.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is the North West Rolling Road Day.

The cost of this is £50 each as there are less than 10 people. IF 10 or more people turn up then the price will drop to £45 per car. It is pay on the day - so bring ya wonga :D

The plans are as follows -

 

Everyone needs to be at the Dyno place at 8am on Saturday 28th Feb.

 

Once everyone has arrived we will then make our way to where we will have breakfast, we will try and get there for 8.30am.

 

After we have all had a belly full of grub and a natter, we will then head back to the Dyno place where we will then get our cars on the rollers and rip the piss out of each others power readings :rofl:

If all arives before the RR day, then mine will be run exactly as i wont it, im too poor for rebuids so a little higher boost and free breathing components is enough for me.

Outrageous! 85quid for a new Bosch battery :( But still coming!! Uni work being put on an even bigger hold to pull more cash in for this :p

i know, i know cant get over the the fact, more than likely looking at a new box !

 

i'll be doing a diagnostic 2 moz and a mate's gonna halp us drop the oil and clean the filter out etc , even tried it out again after work and seems to jolt very badly in to second,:cry: didnt take it much further than that incase it wouldnt take off from scratch again if i had to stop !

 

So unless i see miracle results from the oil change etc looks like i'll have to give this one a miss:mad:

well done the diagnostic and showed no faults lol! , so obviously mechanical !

 

will keep alll posted but im not holding out much hope for the current box still plan to do the oil change etc later today or early tomorrow and see what the specialist say's but i think it'll be a new box :headvswal

In all honesty i may leave it off the rd for a bit now and save some funds for the box and some other things iv'e been after ! :cool:
