Thought it best to post this up in the NW section as i don't really wanna travel forever to get to a place, lol.

 

In the not to distant future i would like to get my car on the rollers and see what power its producing. So anyone know where i could have this done. I don't have a problem with travelling, but within the NW would be best :)

 

Also anybody any ideas how much of my hard earned i'll be paying, lol.

 

Also i take it i won't have any problems with it being an Auto will i??? I've never ever had this done before.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The cost of this is £50 each as there are less than 10 people. IF 10 or more people turn up then the price will drop to £45 per car. It is pay on the day - so bring ya wonga :D

The plans are as follows -

 

Everyone needs to be at the Dyno place at 8am on Saturday 28th Feb.

 

Once everyone has arrived we will then make our way to where we will have breakfast, we will try and get there for 8.30am.

 

After we have all had a belly full of grub and a natter, we will then head back to the Dyno place where we will then get our cars on the rollers and rip the piss out of each others power readings :rofl:

I bet you could do an Oil and plug service quicker on the Z than he can on a Scooby though ;) Boxer engine is a pita. Its true that a lot of mechanics are scared of the Z though.

Looking at their Dyno leader board...reckon that will be mostly populated by Zed's afterwards :)

Yeah ill go. Car still needs mapping but it will be good to see the difference before and after the remap. Whats the situation with payment? Do we pay a deposit now or full amount.

Regarding your lads, its your decision however its not really a child friendly place and i'd hate for them to get refused entry on arrival :( I cant say whether that will happen or not, just a thought.

 

**EDIT** I have just spoken to someone who has been to a rolling road place before and they say that most of them have a seating/waiting area so you may be ok :) Your call my friend :)
