Yup, I hate the whole scenario! It's the pop industry ramming some new 'supergroup' down our throats, that have no depth of talent or creativity. They're just saying, right, this is who you will be spending your money on now. We have decided that this lot are all the talent you deserve. We will provide them with the song lyrics/music/instruments and show them how to do a couple bland exercise dance moves, then we'll laugh all the way to the bank when we whip up your little ankle biters into forcing you to buy the drivel.

 

The only real quality bands that last are those that got together because they wanted to. Had some talent for playing and writing something that hadn't already been COVERED, and worked like hell to get better and get noticed. Not just some bunch who can smile sweetly for the camera and bop in time to a drum machine.
